1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elevn website and platform (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Elevn (“Elevn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Elevn is

Elevn is a private, members-only connection platform for verified professional athletes. The Service helps trusted athletes discover one another, request connections, and communicate through direct messaging inside the platform.

Elevn is not a public social network, marketplace, payment platform, investment platform, or advisory service.

3. Eligibility and invite-only access

  • The Service is invite-only. You may not create an account without a valid, single-use invite code.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
  • You must verify your email address to continue using the Service.
  • Membership is subject to manual review. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may log out at any time. Sessions persist for a reasonable duration; after extended inactivity you may be asked to sign in again. Password reset links expire after a reasonable period, and resetting your password ends active sessions.

5. Membership tiers and billing

Elevn offers subscription tiers, which may include Free, Explorer, and Pro plans. Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to the plan you select.

  • The only payment processed inside the product is your subscription to Elevn.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through billing settings. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
  • Failed payments may result in notifications, a grace period, and eventual downgrade if unresolved.
  • Fees are stated at checkout and may change with notice before renewal.

6. Platform features and conduct

As a member, you may create and edit a profile, browse the member directory, send and respond to connection requests, message connected members, view Trust Scores, and receive notifications about platform activity.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other members.
  • Post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Circumvent blocks, scrape the Service, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Share, sell, or publicly distribute invite codes.
  • Use the Service for spam, solicitation, or automated bulk activity.
  • Misuse reporting tools or interfere with moderation.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

7. Connections, messaging, and moderation

  • You may message only members you are connected with. Messaging is text-only in the current version of the Service.
  • You may accept, decline, or block connection requests. Declined requests are not surfaced to the sender as a explicit rejection.
  • Blocked members cannot contact you or send new requests, and are not explicitly notified that they have been blocked.
  • You may report abusive messages or members. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community standards. Admin actions are recorded in an audit log.

8. Trust Score

Elevn displays a Trust Score based on a deterministic calculation of platform signals, including identity verification, profile completeness, engagement, community feedback, response rate, and platform longevity. Trust Scores are informational only. They do not guarantee a member’s character, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

9. Important platform boundaries

To keep Elevn outside regulated financial services, the following boundaries apply and are enforced in the product:

  • No member-to-member money movement, escrow, or deal closing inside the platform.
  • No issuance, brokering, or facilitation of securities or investment offerings.
  • No personalised financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • No public sign-up path without a valid invite code.

Any business arrangements, investments, or transactions you pursue with other members happen off-platform and entirely at your own risk. Elevn is not a party to those arrangements.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your profile information, photos, and messages). You grant Elevn a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Elevn or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Elevn trademarks except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that connections or conversations will lead to any particular outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Elevn in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion initiates a soft-delete immediately; your data is purged from primary stores after a 30-day grace period unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons. You may recover your account during the grace period.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
